Having decided on a purchase:
1. Add the cost of the item(s) to the Post and Packaging ($6 for up to Three items). Direct credit our account with the total amount.

2. Order details should be emailed to us at email@example.com and include the following:
Clothes: Product Number and Size
Jewellery: Product Number,
Delivery name and address
Internet Payment amount and Reference
Depatch is generally made by parcel post, packed in a cardboard box, within seven days of Payment. Normal delivery takes about three working days from our despatch and includes loss coverage for up to $200.
Exchanges and refunds
You can exchange your purchase for another if not satisfied, but we do not offer full refunds. Exchanges must be returned in original unworn, undammaged condition and in original packaging. All Post and Packaging to be covered by you.
